Price it Right...... that says it all!
 
When working with me, I will provide you with a pricing range, along with a price that is your optimal listing price.
I understand you want to make the most money possible on the sale of your home, but there are dangers in not listening to your REALTOR®. If you list it too high, you may not get much interest. It may sit on the market for a long time which may turn into a red flag for purchasers.
 
 
I will perform a market analysis on your home, looking at comparable properties in the area, with similar features. If you have a bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an unfinished basement, this is what I will compare your home to. It's comparing apples to apples.
 
There are other criteria I also consider when pricing your home:

    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
Remember, the market value of your home is dictated by what a person is willing to pay for it. A market analysis is a snapshot of what your home is worth today, in relation to current market conditions and what other, similar properties are selling for.
