My Commitment as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist
I care about seniors. I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). I took this training to complement the training I received to become a REALTOR®, and to provide me with additional knowledge and tools in assisting seniors with the sale of their home.
I try to look at society from a seniors perspective. I hate the fact that seniors still pay education tax on their property tax, that there are people out there that try to prey on seniors, and that with inflation, it is getting more and more challenging for seniors to make ends meet.
What I offer and why I am different:
- I do not employ pressured sales tactics. I will sit down with you. We will get to know each other. I will talk to you about what your unique needs are, and how to best prepare your home for the market.
- I do my very best to get as much for your listing as I can by promoting the sale of your home and marketing it extensively.
- I try my best to keep their hard-earned money in their pockets (Ask me how!)
- You control when the home is listed. While there are better times to list, we will look at the market and see what works for you.
- We will discuss when your home will be shown, what the best dates and times for showings are for you, and what type of notice you will need for showings.
- Your unique needs - I will meet you in your home, at your convenience. There is no time limit for the amount of time we will get together. If you need something explained further, I will take the time to explain it. If your eyes are not what they used to be, I will print out all paperwork and contracts in larger print so there is no strain.
- Maybe you want a family member there - Family members are welcome. I will take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. Sometimes you may just need your family's assurance.
My goal is to sell your home and get the best price for it. It's to provide services and outcomes that make you feel satisfied with the results.
