Hi, I’m Kurt Berger. I became a REALTOR® because I genuinely enjoy helping people and being part of the big moments in their lives.
 
Before real estate, I spent 20 years in training and development, where I learned that listening, communicating clearly and helping people understand their options can make even complicated decisions feel a whole lot easier. Those same skills are now a huge part of how I work with my real estate clients.
I work with buyers and sellers across Winnipeg and the surrounding communities, whether they're purchasing their first home, moving up, downsizing, building new, investing or looking for a recreational property.
 
Away from real estate, I’m a husband, dad, Marriage Commissioner and active community volunteer. My wife Sara and I have three kids, and when life gives us the chance to slow down, you'll often find us spending time with family or escaping to the cabin at Albert Beach.
